Burn Out

Almost all of us has heard this term and to a degree, understands what it is and how it can affect your business negatively. So, the big question then is, how do you avoid it!

Of course the easiest solution to many is to just take a vacation but unfortunately, not all of us can do that. No worries though, there are still other ways to avoid burn out and still keep working away.

For instance, try researching other traffic avenues or experiment with some different site types and styles. If you specialize in building free sites for example, try doing a few AVS sites and see how they perform for you. Another example would be if you only use linklists for traffic, expand your traffic sources to include a few toplists possibly. The point is to put some variance in your work schedule so you do not get stuck in a daily rut so to speak.

In addition to the things above, try to make the radio shows for a break in the monotony of your every day work schedule. Not only do you get a chance to unwind a bit, but you also can still learn things from the conversations and so forth. This applies to the boards as well, even though the CE Board is a webmaster tool to help everyone, it is also a good place just to strike up some general conversation as well. Here is yet another chance to relax a bit and network all at the same time.

In closing remember this, the person that benefits the most by avoiding any type of burn out is yourself, both in your work career as well as your private life.
