1 - Is your site ready for traffic?
A. Are your images all needed and if so, are they compressed?
A common mistake on the web is the thinking that if the site looks fancy, it will get more surfers to it. This is not the case the majority of the time! Leave the fancy stuff for the sites that you are promoting and let them use their bandwidth for it. Your website should be for the purpose to make money... not to impress others with your html or graphics skills. (Unless of course they are so unique that they are making extra sales... all general rules have their exceptions.)

Also make sure all your images are properly compressed! If not, they are just going to use extra bandwidth which of course will increase your overhead cost on the site. For those not familiar with the term compression, it means making the file size smaller off the image. B. Do you have your site laid out Search Engine Friendly?
There are plenty of things that makes your site more likely to do well in the Search Engines that you should always implement on every site/page that you build! Some examples of these are using meta tags, how you name the page and using alt tags (which contain your meta terms) on ALL of your images. C. Is your site laid out correctly for the selling of porn instead the giving away of porn for free?
One of the biggest mistakes made when building sites is the fact that people get confused as to what they would want as a porn surfer versus what should be put on the site from the webmaster point of view. It is vital to remember that the surfer is your customer... not your friend that you want to just give porn away to. Use your content wisely.. by this I mean keep in mind that the free porn on your site is supposed to get the surfer wanting more porn and to get them to pay for it. It is not there for the surfers overall enjoyment! So, when designing your site, keep in mind that you want to get the surfer hot and bothered with no relief from your site other than the links to your sponsors. Keep your free content as soft as possible and as limited as what your traffic sources allow.
