Marketing Basics

There are many different aspects to consider when it comes to marketing on your adult sites but I'll try to give my opinion on a few things that I think are important and often gets overlooked.

1. Domain name / directory name: Many people are not in a position to buy a new domain name for each site which is of course fine. What you want to consider though is the name itself. If you are targeting something specific only on a certain domain, you want to make sure it's relevant to the content/ads on the site. If you are going to cover many different areas, you would want a more general name for the domain name that can apply to multiple situations/niches. In either case, when making a sub directory on a domain use keywords for what you want to target! The URL a surfer sees can have a direct impact on how they react to a certain link.

2. Site title: Use titles that not only contain keywords to what you are targeting but also ones that make sense and is enticing! A title like "Hot babes porn" is not going to get the same amount of clicks that a title like "Lusty hardcore lesbian action photos" would. First impressions are an important thing to consider when marketing and a title is often the first thing a surfer sees in regards to your site so make it count! Stay relevant, short and enticing to secure the best possible results.
